Polish Word of the Day | Jesień

Jesień = Autumn

Pronounced: y-eh-she-eh-n

This is a common view in the autumn months. Where I come from, the North-West tip of the country, foggy and gloomy mornings often stretch into most of the day. If a sunny day happens to surprise us, people flock outside with disbelief to take a long walk or sit on a park bench and soak it up. It might not happen again for a while.
